PURPOSE OF JOB:

To work under the instruction and guidance of the Head of Premises to assist and support the Premises team and Gardener with daily, ensuring all three sites are kept to a high standard at all times.

To ensure all work is delivered in line with the school’s procedures and policies regarding best practice, health and safety and safeguarding.

To embrace and support the school’s Quality of Life and Positive Behaviour Support ethos throughout your role as a member of the whole school community; as part of this there is a whole school expectation that all staff play an integral part in our key working structure.

To have a positive attitude and mind-set, embracing the positive physical and mental health and wellbeing ethos. This includes role modelling self-care and reflection as part of our wider curriculum.
