Hours: 32.5 hours per week – Term Time Only, part time contracts available starting at 13 hours per week

If you would like to be part of our journey to support students’ lives, we are looking for Learning Support Assistants to join our team as part of our Ofsted rated outstanding provision. You will be working with our students who require support both during lessons and social periods. The Learning Support Team supports students both at school and at offsite provision with their social, emotional and mental health requirements. The ideal candidate would have experience of working with school age children. An understanding of SEMH is desirable but not essential as full training will be given. As a school we are proud to promote the development of life skills and social development as equal to academic achievement. West Heath School works towards the end goal of helping students re-integrate into mainstream learning and preparation for adulthood.
